QTs flops royal draw, improves on turn. line check time!
villain has is relativey unknown but has played just about every hand since hes sat down - maybe 5-6 orbits so far. seems like a donkish station. typical "ZOMG i have top pair.. nutz yo" kind of guy.
i had been getting reall aggro the last few mintues but im sure this guy hadnt noticed/wouldnt mean anything to him Poker Stars No Limit Holdem Ring game Blinds: $0.50/$1 6 players Converter Stack sizes: UTG: $321.35 UTG+1: $214.20 Hero: $116.80 Button: $102.10 SB: $166.90 BB: $98.50 Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is CO with T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 2 folds, Hero raises to $4, Button calls, 2 folds. Re: QTs flops royal draw, improves on turn. line check time!
I fold. We don't beat anything. He never has a lower Q. Never has AJ. Almost never has AK. When calling stations are raising they usually have > one pair and in this case this means he also has QT beat.

Your getting 3/1 on your money here which is probably enough vs the guy given your read.

Re: QTs flops royal draw, improves on turn. line check time!

Re: QTs flops royal draw, improves on turn. line check time!
Easy call given how many hands hes played I think. Also, he bet on the flop looks like his hand involves an A not a Q so not unless he has AQ or AA I think youre fine.

Re: QTs flops royal draw, improves on turn. line check time!
i was actually pretty happy that he pushed and i instacalled having put him on an AK/AJ.
but after the hand i thouhgt about it some and i think donks show up with 55/JJ/AA there fairly often, so maybe my call shouldnt have been so automatic. anyway, he showed A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] and MHIG. no idea if he was value betting or bluffing. no idea if he even knows the difference |
