Even if that was his range a 3 bet still probably isn't good since you can get capped, and if he's semibluffing he'll usually fire the river. Obviously his range is nowhere near that wide.

Meaningless sample size as far as aggression goes. He's tight, that's about all you know. Raising is high variance without a better read but fine. Could very well be QT+. I'd personally call and call the river, bet if checked to, because I would never fold to a cap.

The only reason to 3-bet is or value. No way you beat his range with just one pair IMO.
