25 NL - Small stack re-raise
30 hands in. I have been stealing blinds and re-raising limpers in position with decent hands preflop. UTG is the loosest player at the table, so I try to isolate by raising. The small stack (Button) decides to get into the action. At the time, villain was 20/6/2.
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (5 handed) Poker Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums) Button ($5.60) SB ($22.80) BB ($13.25) UTG ($15.95) Hero ($34.30) Preflop: Hero is MP with 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. UTG calls $0.25, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1.25</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises to $2.75</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, UTG folds, Hero folds. |

Re: 25 NL - Small stack re-raise
standard. No implied odds here, and you're never ahead.
