Default FTP 5/10, AA River Decision

This hand was at 5/10NL on FTP. I have AA and get called preflop by an overly loose and overly aggressive short stack from the CO and a pretty tight TAG from the SB. I'm playing 18/15 with a pretty standard image.

I know the default is to bet this flop, but the shortstack has been been firing a lot of flops and playing pretty reckless in general, so I choose to check to him, thinking that he will bet all hands that he calls with, and bet air a fair amount of the time as well. He of course checks behind.

On the turn the SB checks again to me, I bet, and get checkraised. I just call, figuring flush and straight draws are well in his range here. Anyone like a fold or a shove here?

River pairs the queen, which is kind of an interesting card. I don't think we can put him on the queen, since he wouldn't checkraise the turn with it. It's tough for me to put him on JJ because I would think he would reraise that pre. So really, the only hands in his range that beat me are 44, 22, or QJ, with an outside chance of JJ.

A big consideration is that all draws missed here. However, the river Q is a terrible card for him to bluff and he must know that.

Is the river an easy fold? What is your reasoning?

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.
