I have a cash out question about netellar

I play at poker loco and i cashed out 4000 via cheque and orginally deposited using netellar about 900

and it says in the cash out details that 900 will first be put back into my netellar acount and then they will send me a cheque for 3100

but i thought netellar is no longer deailing with online gambling sites so what is gunna happen here ?

will pokerloco just send me the entire amount via cheque ?
