I  the FTP Cap NL games
For several reasons, not the least of which is that it becomes more comfortable to take shots at higher limits.
I'm a $50 NL player, so I take a shot at $100 NL -- the game has a $30 cap, which means I can buy in for around my regular amount & attack. This is the FIRST HAND at my shot-taking table.
