-Sit at the table wearing a t-shirt with a big Chris Moneymaker face on it

-tell the dealer "hit me" after you get your two cards

-try tossing chips into the dealer's tip box

-wear 10 or more paper wsop bracelet's on your wrist

Just talk about Bill Filmaff as if you've taken his advice seriously. Like, make a jopke about puppy feet, then tack on afterwards that you rate puppy feet higher than aces or something coz they can hit so much harder or some other semiobvious BS.

Sunglasses at low stakes. Saying raise when you mean bet and vice-versa. String bets. Misreading the board. 'What do you mean, odds/outs/redraws etc?' Mentioning vaguely similar hands that you saw on some crappy televised shortsack donkament and saying 'jen harman wouldn't have played it like that, did you see that episode of ... where she raised that hand?'

but, most effective

call off your stack with no pair no draw.

-bring a portable DVD player to the table and have Rounders playing on full volume.

-when you sit down say "watch out guys, my great great uncle was doyle brunson's brother"

just sit there and act like you have the brains of an ogre. stack your chips in slightly uneven stacks, tilted if possible. recheck your cards a few times in hands. check by tapping the outer edge of the table lightly with your open palm. Order a lot of beers and laugh a lot. All of these things are acceptable.

Let the patron saint of donkish/expert play guide you on your way.
