Tough spot. I'm tempted to say the hell with it and play for stacks if necessary, based on the idea that Villain could just have a worse PP or even just a big unimproved ace (or possibly even XX) on such a nothing flop.
But, of course, 4x and bigger PPs are also possible (along with, come to think of it, 65), and playing chicken against a complete unknown isn't much fun. So I think the fold is fine and possibly even the best play. |

yea, bet about the pot on the flop, it'll make decisions easier. his turn bet is a little scary to me though, since it looks like he's pulling for value. possible a hand like 45s, or 65, or air.
you can't flat call his raise on the flop though, it puts him in a spot where he's totally owning you, he has 100% leverage, and it's impossible to see where you're at. it's likely you're winning there so at least repop and find out. |
