Default OT/NC F-Cascade and their CS...brainstorm my reply!!

WTF is this nonsense. I am moving money out of books and just going to sacrifice my deposit bonus at Cascade. I go to withdraw, and this is the response I get...

"Dear Sir ,

You are no where near to making your roll over requirement therefore your withdrawal request has been denied .

Thank you and have a nice day ."

Now, I am well aware I am going to lose the bonus. Who wants to write my response letter. I will C+P the best answer word for word.

Note: I just want to lose the $500 bonus and have my remaining balance ~$4k sent back to me.

Go nuts...

current lines of response I will use

ImBen -340
Thremp -115
Field +240

160% market... Where did you get bookmaking tips? Bodog?

FWIW ImBen has a ton of value at that line.

Dear Sirs or Madams,

If you do, you better pray you don't have any weapons of mass destruction laying around or anything that might be mistaken for some, like a toaster or some camels or something. Because if you do, consider yourselfs fcuked. Oh yeah, send me my monies please.

Thanks,

You're somewhat lucky you even got a response. I tried to make a withdrawal several months ago that hadn't been processed after several days. The email address listed on their web page bounced my email back, the live chat said "all of our operators are busy" and their phone rang and rang and they never answered. (This was 6pm on a Saturday or some normmal time like that.) Eventually they sent me my money after about 6 days.

That having been said, I'm keeping money in Cascade because I believe they're safe, customer service issues aside. (And the -105 lines are better in the long run than taking a deposit bonus.)

For a book with such a good rating, I hear a lot of bad stories.

Yes I agree with what you wrote. I was fortunate enough to get a deposit bonus as well as -105 lines. Too bad their website interface was written by someone in the projects.

I'm suffering with you with that large WR I have ($40k approx). They state very clearly though that they will not accept any kind of withdrawal request, not to forfeit the bonus or anything.

At least you got a reply - I never got a reply to any e-mails I ever sent them. Don't plan on using them again.

I never got that. They're so nice on the phone, but they never even bother to acknowledge e-mails, when that's how most customers prefer to communicate.

I forgot to mention that they at least waived the $25 fee after I waited for 6 days.

Some very reliable books have spotty customer service. The Jazz family of books are pretty well regarded, and they literally never once responded to an email when I was a customer. With Cascade, there may be minor customer service hassles every once in a while, but I believe my money is secure, and I gain enough EV from the -105 lines that I'm glad to use them. (Plus someone else in this thread mentioned he got a bonus on top of the -105 lines, which is an outstanding offer.)
