Bellagio 5/10 and 10/20 NLHE.
Hey,
I'm looking to play in the Bellagio NLHE games in non-tournament time (mid Sept). I've heard the 5/10 is full of tourists, how is the 10/20 game? I'll be playing there for two weeks or so. On average, how many days a week do these games run and what time each day? Thanks. |

Re: Bellagio 5/10 and 10/20 NLHE.
Im playing both in the very near future. Bellagio 5/10 is just insanely soft. Very few pro's in the game, and the few ones that do exist have major holes in their game. In short, any winning 2/4 NL 6-max player online should be able to crush this game. This in combination with the fact that it has a decent buy-in ($400-1000) makes it argubly the best 5/10 NL game in the whole world.
Bellagio 10/20 is considerably harder and you will run into players who really know what their doing and are capable of making some pretty sick plays. Game is way deeper stacked and players do a lot more bluffing and are much better at bluffing. They also seem a lot more "psychic", in that they can read the strength of your hand much better based on physical tells/etc. I think there is a major jumping between 5/10 and 10/20 at the Bellagio, if you want to try out Bel 10/20 go to Commerce 10/20 first, it plays with $10 chips (instead of $20 chips like the Bel 10/20) which causes it to play smaller (plus minimum buy-in is only $600 as opposed to Bel 10/20's $800). A lot more donks too, though its still somewhat harder than Bel 5/10. |

Re: Bellagio 5/10 and 10/20 NLHE.
seconded. stick to the 5-10 if you want a soft game. 10-20 is a BIG jump in skill level. I've only played about 40 hours total though in the 10-20, I may have just had bad timing.
