Raise more on the flop, probably just push, cause these people just ain't folding. As played, well... I just can't fold AA this early in a 4/180.

Probably gives you the answer to stack off here, though I'd be doing it fairly unhappily.
Hate the size of the raise. PSR would be to 1190, so shoving the first time isn't out of the question (which shows why you should be stacking off). As is you made it 280 more into a pot of 990.
Don't hate the flop check, even if I do cbet normally here.
To complete the reverse chronological order, preflop is okay, if you're going to vary raise more not less.

The first 2 levels of these tournaments are complete madness. It seems more like a rebuy tourney. With the raising you look toast, but it's just too hard to give players credit early on in this tourney. I wouldn't blame you either way really...

They're not folding any queen. Raise way more on the flop.

Ok, obviously I should've raised more on the flop and this decision would have been super easy because I would be 100% pot-committed. Like someone said I called and thought I would lose to CO's trips, well:
