Or is this completely normal?

Stakes are evertyhing from 200 nl to 2000 nl.

I don't get people with nice smooth upward graphs how the godamn do they do it. From hand 19k+ 9/10 of those dips are bad beats.

this month has been rough, seems whenever I get it in with >2.5 buyin I get sucked out on every time and when I suck out it's always against a shortstack.

You play too many tables chaos [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]. No, thats not normal and thats a terrible win rate. 114k hands for that profit? I would consider playing 1 level, play 3-4 tables and re work your game sir.
