Re: UMMMM No one noticing J.C. tran
He's pretty damn good. If he didn't get sucked out on, on previous final tables he would have millions more in career winnings.

Anyone have any info on his cash game play? He plays at the Commerce, right? What stakes does he usually play and how does he fare? From what i've seen he seems to be a pretty solid player. |

Re: UMMMM No one noticing J.C. tran
I spoke with JC recently and he told me that a little while back he got lost in the middle of no where on the way to a tourney. He said he came to a crossroads, and there was this old black man playing the guitar at which point he was offered a deal to sell his soul or something in exchange for some sick poker skills and balla-ness. I guess the terms were right.
In all seriousness tho, he typically plays 200/400 limit and up, if he plays no limit it's typically 25/50nl and up. JC's biggest strength is his live read. At this he's the best i've ever met. This allows him to play a TON more hands than everyone else. He has solid cash game results live (due to his strong reads), but not surpisingly his online results are probably around break even. |
