Played a sick live hand this weekend, 5-10 but with lots of straddles. I have 6k and villain covers, he's a good player but very drunk right now. It's straddled to 20 and I open on the button to 140 after one limper with AJo, vilain calls from bb.

Flop: Ts 8d 4d which goes check/check
Turn: Js villain checks I bet 200 he raises to 1900, I call after some time
River: 2s villain openshoves and I call pretty quickly, villain shows 94 and I rake my biggest pot ever

[/ QUOTE ]

hella sick nice call

Everybody hits flops top pair or set and hits their draws on the turn vs me for an entire session. Ship the 4.5 buy in loss.

PokerStars Game #12112364579: Hold'em No Limit ($2/$4) - 2007/09/17 - 15:22:41 (ET)
Table 'Vega V' 6-max Seat #2 is the button

Seat 3: caliméro ($1401.15 in chips)
Seat 4: damu88 ($78.10 in chips)
Seat 5: JEM87 ($808.90 in chips)
caliméro: posts small blind $2
damu88: posts big blind $4
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to JEM87 [Ah Jh]
JEM87: raises $10 to $14
berggren: calls $14
1small time: folds
caliméro: folds
damu88: folds
*** FLOP *** [Jd 3h 4s]
JEM87: bets $24
berggren: raises $32 to $56
JEM87: folds

villain is 15/7 over a few hundred hands. i'm sort of confused how i can profitably continue on the flop. i'm thinking i should have c/c flop c/f turn. but b/f flop might be better if i think he tries to show down 77 or something.

then there's the chance that he just knows how to take advantage of his style and raised me with 22 but i doubt it.

I like 200NL better than 100NL. This could be due to the sick run of cards I have been on for the last week, but whatever.
