Default 200NL Whiffed 3bet AK

200NL Bodog.
Effective stacks =$200
Villains are typical Bodog 30/8/2. Hero is 17/8/2
MP raises to $7. Cutoff calls. Hero raises to $27 with A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. MP calls and cutoff calls. Flop is 4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. Checks to Hero. What do you do? In general, how many villains would you bet into? How much? Does it change if cutoff is a 60/20/3 (who will call you with overs)? What if MP is a 9/3/3 who probably has JJQQ?

I would usually bet $60 here.

So you're betting $60 and calling a shove? What if you get called and the turn bricks?
PS: I forgot to say that hero is on the button

You say villian is a typical 30/8/2. Are players on bodog really that bad? I've played a lot of MTTs on there and have a better ROI than any other site, although it is a small sample. I haven't tried cash games though because the thought of multi tabling with their software makes me cringe.

I would most certainly be folding to a shove. I don't find to many 30/8/2 at NL200 though tbh.

You must not play on bodog. So you're putting half of your stack in and then folding?

On stars yes. People love to call 3bets and then c/f flops even with JJ in this spot. Not only the nits, but the unknowns too for the most part. If you check here then you're giving up.

Ok, thanks. But what if the callers were loose donks? You still continuing that big, knowing that the donk will call you to the felt with TJ?
