QQ, Ace on turn. 200NL
Effective stacks are $200. Villain is 40/10/2.
UTG limps, MP limps, CO limps, SB completes. Hero raises to $20 with Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] from the BB. Everyone folds except for MP. Flop is 4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]5 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. Hero bets $35. Villain calls. Turn is A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Hero? Hero checks. Villain bets $55. Hero? What is your plan for the turn and river? In my experience, donkish villains like this one often limp/call pre with weak aces. He may very well have a hand like A5. |

Re: QQ, Ace on turn. 200NL
I would bet/fold turn. As played you have put yourself in a tough spot, he could have just been floating or he could be floating with a monster. That said I probably fold, second to that I call and pray he gives up on the river otherwise I'm probably c/f.

Bet turn and fold to a raise or shove. After you check the turn i think we pretty much give up the hand.
