Yahoo League: No ppr/10 yards per point receiving/rushing

My Backs:
Gore
Bush
Lynch
Graham
Chatman
Fargas

Receivers:
Housh
Crayton
Cotchery
Walter (Hou)

I am looking for a top tier reciever to start alongside Housh and someone just offered me Marvin Harrison for Bush, I shouldn't accept this correct? Also, which of by top backs should I be more inclined to give up (I think Lynch has actually been the most consistent thusfar)

What's Derek Anderson value right now? What type of player would make a fair deal for him straight up?

I just traded for him:

I had:

QB: McNabb, Favre
WR: Wayne, Boldin, Holmes, Evans
RB: Barber III, Gore, Lynch, Chatman
TE: Shockey
K: Gostkowski
Def: Pittsburgh, Baltimore

He had

QB: Romo, Kitna, Anderson
WR: Stokley, Stallworth, Toomer, Bowe, Fitz
RB: Maroney, Bush, Jacobs, Parker
TE: Cooley
D: Baltimore

Traded: Wayne and Baltimore for Anderson and Stallworth.

Wayne I think is the most valuable but I'm sick of horrible QB play and QBs are dominating. In our league, Anderson is the 3rd leading scorer. With my bad luck and injuries my team who I thought was decent is now 2-5, so I pulled the trade. Last year I won with Peyton and Gore. Year before I got 2nd. This year my team is a joke. Anderson could definitely fall back to earth but the team loves to pass. They have a good WR and a great TE. I expect him to slow down but be better than my alternatives. I also didn't think Wayne was that much better than Stallworth and I have been looking to move Baltimore D since I picked them off the WW.

It has nothing to do with who you get straight up, but your alternatives.

I'm about to accept a trade getting Anderson for Marvin Harrison. I'm not sure this would be a great trade generally, but my alternative QB is Chad Pennington/WW scrub and my alternative WR is Brandon Marshall. The gap between Marshall and Harrison is less than Anderson/random QB.

I hope at least. Harrison will probably start lighting it up and Anderson will crash hard, but I'm 2-5 so who cares.

capone,

You got fleeced in that trade. Favre is not THAT much of a downgrade from Anderson, and Reggie Wayne has become Manning's favorite target.

In my league 16 TDS >> 9 TDS. He could definitely fall off but I can't count on Favre for any consistancy. Last year I went for Manning, Gates, Chicago D so I had so many roster spots. This year I whored RBs who all seemed to have underperformed.

I'm in a 6 point per TD league as well and 20 points per yard. RW is Mannings favorite target but he also has Clark, Addai, and Harrison to use as well as Gonzalez from time to time. RW's stats are nothing special so far. He did look good against Jacksonville but didnt' score a TD and with my record I can't afford to lose anymore. Favre has also been terrible lately.

He does have some good matchups including Min, @Det, and @ Stl, but I'm going for committee for the rest of the year.

Anderson still has Hou, @Stl, Ari, NYJ and Buffalo and Cincy the weeks of the playoffs if I can make it.

McNabb has hardly any good matchups left. I'm thinking about waiving him. He has this week @ Min, @ Nor. I can't play him vs NE, @Dal, Dal or @Was.

Stallworth also has a TD in the last 3 weeks but a bye coming up. Wayne has only really had 1 really good fantasy game this year and that was game 1. This week if he did score TDs he could have done something special but he didn't.

Colts matchups really aren't that great going forward. They have NE, @SDG, Jac, @Bal, @Oak left. Only good matchups are @Car, Hou the rest of the season.

NE has @Buf, NYJ and Mia the last 2 weeks although they could be cruising.

I think you have to take Brady in almost any deal that doesn't involve giving up LT.

FG sucks so far this year. He does have favorable matchups going forward, but Brady seems to be that good this year that I would make the deal immediately.

Just traded Witten for Roethlisberger... good deal??

Had Kitna at QB and he has just been pissing me off.... hopefully Big Ben is a solid upgrade. Still have Chris Cooley at TE so not a huge blow by losing Witten.

Good trade for me??
