Site 2 Site transfers

Hello,

I've been talking with a friend about starting a site that did site 2 site transfers.
It would function like this, you would choose "from site" and "to site" and write your username on both sites, then get a mail with a username to send to. Then SOME transfers would be instant for (maybe 3,5%) and some transfers would be 24-48 hours on the way(this will happen because we don't have 100 million to split among sites to just throw around)

But I would like to hear some ideas and opinions on this, would anyone even use it.

Actually we COULD ad a feature that allowed you to pay with VISA, but I believe that there would be some troubles on that part, so that part is not at all clear yet. The only solution to this would be I were to let people buy... let's say a T-shirt for $300. Wink Wink

It's not a horrible idea, but the problem is that anyone making transfers large enough to be worth your while is generally the type of person that's been "around" for a while and presumably "knows" enough people to make exchanges with personally without having to go through your site and pay a fee.

the visa and tshirt idea is a good way to get urself in some trouble the rest is meh u will just be dealing with small timers so profits may be small

Well, the "making money" part wasn't an important factor. It was a factor(sure it is)
