Default How is this 2 barrel hand played?

Over 45 hands, villain is 50/16.7/3.75

I've seen him do things like check the turn and then make a huge overbet on the river to fold out 2 other players, but I've never seen a hand like that shown down.

$0.25/$0.5 No Limit Holdem
6 players

Do you fire a 2nd barrel here? For how much without feeling committed? Was calling the minraise a stupid move?
