Default Neteller adds new card service

Dear Sir,

As a NETELLER cardholder and valued member, you are the first to know that NETELLER is now offering a pre-paid card. We've worked hard to negotiate better pricing for you.

Benefits of your new pre-paid card
Your new pre-paid card is similar to your original NETELLER Card, but with the following benefits:
Re-loadable directly from your NETELLER e-wallet account and in the same currency, therefore saving on foreign exchange fees

Can be used at over 24 million MasterCard® ATM, point-of-sale retail and internet sites worldwide

Better pricing than the original NETELLER Card

This new card replaces the original NETELLER Card, which was retired on May 3, 2007.

Why did NETELLER make this change?
The third-party provider for the NETELLER Card has very recently advised that under the rules relating to the Cirrus/Maestro Network, it can no longer support those branded cards, including the NETELLER Card. Additionally the new pre-paid card offers better pricing and terms for customers.

When will a new card be available?
NETELLER is pleased to announce the launch of the pre-paid card. We expect first customer shipments of the new card to start at the end of May 2007. We encourage you to update your contact information so we can ensure that you receive your card. You can do this by signing in to your account and clicking on the “Options” tab.

How do I get the new pre-paid card?
Please confirm we have your correct email and mailing address by signing into your NETELLER account and selecting the “Options” tab to update your account information. Notification will be sent via email and through our website when we launch this service.

What are the fees for the card?
The new pre-paid card will offer better rates the previous NETELLER Card. Pricing information

Unfortunately, Americans and Canadians are excluded:

http://web.neteller.com/content/en/a..._neteller_card

"Available in all countries serviced by NETELLER in same currency as your NETELLER e-wallet account, except Canada and the US."

Just thought maybe they worked a way around it. I'm sorry for being optimistic.

Would it matter if they had? Americans and Canadians would have to be retarded to give them another crack at handing their bankrolls over to the DoJ.
