E-Passporte problems anyone?

Tried loading from a credit card that has been used b4 so to be able to play at a new site. I receive message that my bank has delined the transaction. My bank says they show nothing of the sort and would have honored the transaction. Tried to call E-Pass and was on hold for 20 minutes and gave up.

Anyone have any clue what's up?

I just tried to buy pizza with the electron card but got declined for the 1st time since I got it months ago. Not sure if its the fault of the pizza place's credit machine or if it has anything to do with Epass.
