Default $1k - Quick checkup - facing a river lead

At work so no HH. MP villain is 32/7/3 over 5k hands and the reason I am at the table.

5/10NL (6max)
Eff stacks = $2k

Pre-Flop: Hero has K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG folds, MP limps for $10, Hero raises to $45, 3 folds, MP calls $35

Flop ($105): K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
MP checks, Hero bets $85, MP calls $85

Turn ($275): K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
MP checks, Hero bets $225, MP calls $225

River ($725): K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
MP leads for $600, Hero?

My notes on villain are:
-Capable of laying down big non-nut hands
-c/c draws
-Value Bets rivers 1/2pot

Given reads I think you have to call this, but I wouldn't be happy about it one bit.

For those saying this is ugly, what hands are we worried about? what is villain's range?

I don't see how you can fold and don't see value in a raise. Looks like a standard call. 8h7h no good.

I am really not worried about sets (unless rivered) or JT as he plays his strong hands reasonably aggressively post-flop. He is not c/c 2 streets with a set or JT here.

I think the possibility of 78hh makes this even closer to a snap call. I think Q2==KQ vs most of his range here. I think it is quite polarized between backdoor flush, backdoor straight, and air.
