Default [50NL] Flop TKTP, flush on turn

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

SB ($66.42)
BB ($17.75)
UTG ($39.23)
Hero ($81.50)
CO ($36.99)
Button ($35.12)

Preflop: Hero is MP with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $2</font>, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Button calls $2, SB calls $1.75, BB calls $1.50.

Flop: ($8) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $4</font>, BB folds, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $10</font>, Button calls $10, SB calls $6.

Turn: ($38) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>

River: ($38) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>

Final Pot: $38

This is a pretty clear-cut hand. I raise preflop and hit TPTK with Queens. I reraise bet from SB. Turn comes a heart and this is an obvious check/fold when I got 1 caller behind me on the obvious flush draw.

What I'm wondering about is if my post-flop raise was too small. Should I have raised more?

Look at it this way. Sb has to call $6 in a $32 pot that is pretty good odds. A more standard raise would be $16. That is 3 times his bet + what is already in the pot times your average size of cb, in my case 4/5 pot.

Thanks for the response Lucky Jim. I'm sorry to say I don't fully understand what you mean.

"That is 3 times his bet + what is already in the pot times your average size of cb"

I get the 3 times his bet, so $12. What do you mean by what is in the pot times my average size of cb? Average cb = average Continuation Bet size? The pot was at that point $6 from pfr + $4 from his bet.
