Default $22 - TT vs early shortstack re-shove

Villain lost half his stack the hand before on a badly played AK hitting K on turn (up against trip Q's). I am a regular at party 22$ and I have never seen him before, so I assume he's donkish.

I call because he is so short and I hate short ppl.
But I think a fold would be right.
