QQ gets 3bet from very aggro TAG

villain is 2+2, and very aggro. We have some history of 3betting each other a little light in the past. I think his 3betting range is 99+, AQs+ and maybe even SCs once in a while.

meh. any flop raise you make is going to commit you to the hand anyway so flop push is ok I guess.

his 3 betting range is prob pretty narrow here cause he is OOP and youre UTG I think so against his range not sure if I like this play that much.

I think if you know he 3bets light maybe 4bet PF to say 19-21ish...

Gives you more of an idea of where you're at. Plus, saves you $$ when you don't have to see a flop vs a wide 3bet range.

As played i think it's ok. I can't really say flatcall cause the pot's too big now to try to extract another bet. Nor can you raise any smaller to give him odds to call. SPR of &lt;5 so i don't mind getting it in here vs someone with a wide 3betting range.

I think you played it fine, maybe mix it up w an occasional 4 bet pre in order to keep him honest with his 3 bet in the future as well as finding out where you at in this hand.

When I called his 3bet preflop, this was gonna be the line I was gonna take unless an Ace or a King hit the flop or some JTx flop hit.

just kind of a weird spot given stack sizes any raise you make on the flop commits you and him to the hand but there arent alot of hands that call your push besides JJ that your in great shape agianst.

so I like the way you played it but not sure if there is a better line to get value here.

I don´t see any other way to play it. Do you think he would bluff shove the turn if you just called? Probably not. He is probably not putting any more money into the pot unless he improves to a winner anyway.

Standard... don't 4bet pre when you raised UTG. His 3bet range will tighten up, OOP to your UTG raise. If you opened from CO or BTN a 4bet might be in order.
