Default QQ 3-bet pf oop, cbet, and shove K turn

Villain is 24/16/2 over 130 hands or so. I've not been sitting at the table too long, but have been somewhat active - got my stack by 3-betting a guy (not this villain) for the 2nd time and got it all-in with QQ on a low flop.

How's the turn shove?

Hero (SB): $956.60
BB: $481.20
UTG: $386.00
MP: $465.00
CO: $832.30
BTN: $414.00

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG folds, MP raises to $14.00, 2 folds, Hero raises to $52.00, BB folds, MP calls $38.00

Flop: ($108) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $80.00, MP calls $80.00

Turn: ($268) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets all-in for $824.60 Villain has $333 left

what do you expect to get called by that you beat? This seems bad to me. He likely has a weak pair, so I see no reason to blow him out of the pot like this.

I don't really understand, what are we looking to make him fold out or what do we want him to call with?

Well, I'd shove here with pretty much my entire 3-bet range...so if he folds everything I beat here, that's just fine. But he may sometimes decide he has to look me up with JJ here. He also may have a FD on occassion, in which checking through is awful.

I think you're missing value by playing it this way. I think checking is best.

i like the idea but still think he needs to be more confident u are overaggro to call with like 77-JJ than he prob is, and almost never has a 8+ out draw.

Something that you guys who are in the "i lose too much value" camp aren't considering: if the turn goes chk/chk and the river blanks and we bet, we can never be bluffing to a guy who can read hands. that bet would always be for value.

the only time we can reasonably represent a bluff is by shoving the turn and it's our only chance against a reasonable player to represent a hand weaker than we have.

WoT
