Looks like a pretty clear fold to me, he most probably peeled one with something small and picked up a flush draw on the turn.
You had a note that he use to value bet 1/2 pot on the river, but since you look strong and he backdoored into it he decides to make a larger value bet. I also think he shoulda made a smaller bet with 8h7h. |

I called expecting to see busted hearts, odd 2 pair, or a backdoor flush. He had 5h6h for busted hearts that backed into a low straight. I don't think I gave it enough thought at the time. |
