here is what i wrote for at the end of the letter to rep. becerra:
Poker is already legal in cardrooms thoughout our district, and I have enjoyed playing at brick and morter establishments for several years. Since this time, I have had children, and while I still enjoy playing poker, have far more restrictions on my time. Internet poker has been a great way for me to go up against other minds in this challenging game of skill. Furthermore, the few hours a week I get to spend on this provides additional income for my family.
I would appreciate a response to let me know what your position is on HR 2046, and on fully legalizing and regulating online poker in the United States.
