Is anyone else having a problem wherein the PokerStars lobby window takes over your system and grabs back focus even when I try to click on other windows, like Firefox? Also, when I try to minimize the lobby, it automatically pops back up.

What does bother me is how the tables I want to click on always move in the list when I want to click on them.

I've been noticing the tables moving on my list and my highlighted line scrolling down or something weird like that a lot more lately.

Also, people who are already playing the games listed at the top of the lobby are going to be less likely to notice that particular issue.

As I wrote and quote to you above, I believe (but am not certain) that the client release that accompanies the November server deployment will contain a modification to address this annoyance.

[/ QUOTE ]

I just got the internal release notes for the upcoming client release, and now I'm certain -- the change you've been hoping for *will* be present. Only a matter of hours or a very few days now. (It will show up on PokerStars.NET first, and only if that release remains stable in general release will the same client be released to .COM users).

Best Regards,

Jeff

Ddubois, Justin:

Chances are this is caused by AHK scripts - if you are using any of mine, download the latest versions of each script, I fixed this when I first got a Stars 2.3x update.

If not my scripts, post your problem + link to script in the SW forum.

dave.

uh, how can you people not know what the annoyance is? Do you not play on stars?

Everytime you join a table, the lobby resets to the top of the list, so you have to scroll back down to whatever limit you were playing to join another table. Im sooooooooooooooooo glad this is getting fixed cuz it drives me freaking insane

way to ruin what was turning into the best thread on 2p2 alobar!
