I requested a cashout on Sept 20th, and it appeared today. Had to complain about a $2.50 fee as well. No purchases have appeared in my bank account yet. I'm really hoping this gets back to the old turnaround times, and no annoying fees. I hate having to keep more $ on stars than I need to play, just because I'm worried about having trouble reloading if I cashout too much and hit a downswing.

Cashout from 9/12 finally hit my bank account this morning. Deposits dating back as far as mid August have yet to be taken out of my bank account though.

I sent an email last night about the processing fee charge.
They credited it to my poker account today rather than my bank account.

Well, it wouldn't make sense for them to pay another $2.95 just to pay you $2.95. I don't have a problem with it, but I may start making withdrawals of $XX2.50 in the future if this doesn't get cleared up.

August 26th echeck deposit for $25 still not taken from my account. I am guessing that the number of echecks that bounce will be significant. I am curious how Stars will deal with this or if it is the processor who will have to deal with it.

I have suggested that they reduce the amount of a Paper check withdrawal or just simply take the money from my Stars account but that does not seem to be an option. Even though the amount in my situation is insignificant, it is annoying to not have this resolved. I don't like owing money to anyone.

I think theyve started to take deposits out of my account. 2 weird transactions posted to my bank account this morning, random processor names with lots of numbers after them, I assume these are pokerstars.

Deposited via echeck early September. Cashed out $500 which I still have not had hit my bank account. This is very frustrating because NOW I have built my account back up to $600 but am afraid to try to cash it out. Pokerstars is just giving me general auto reply answers. Help. Anyone?
