To be fair from what i understand most affiliates only get their monthly stats on the 5th of the following month. So today may well have been the 1st they knew of it.

Lets give it a while to settle down and see if we all get what we want.

Might be best to chill until then [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

Just chill until things are figured out. No sense in getting worked up until all the info is out there.

affiliates do not get there stats only on the 5th.

If they do it wont be a good idea. They are the AOL of the internet when it first came out. Somebody is always going to trying to bring the big guys down. PokerStars is already neck and neck. I think they need all the marketing they can get.

Pokerstars is not neck and neck with Party... Party holds roughly 50% market share based on revenue, which is the only number that really counts.

You probably all read the two new messages on their site...I think we should just wait 1-2 days and see what happens. After that we can still decide what to do. I received a lot of private messages so I think we can figure something out if the situation won't change.

Until then I appreciate any messages from other ppl who were under the same affiliate.

I have no idea which affiliate you are talking about (and don't really care), and I'm not looking to get involved in a discussion of his/her business practices.

However, generally speaking, using PT screenshots is very impractical for any affiliate more than a few players or any players that he/she doesn't know personally.

1) Screenshots are too easily manipulated.
2) PT database data is even more easily manipulated
3) You can make an pile of someone else's HHs look like they are yours with a simple find-and-replace
4) It is very easy to merge PT stats between Party skins. Many, if not most, people already do they by default
5) PT does not account for bonuses.

Lastly, if you have descrepency, you have NO IDEA which player is screwing you, or even if anyone is doing it accidentally or intentionally, so you have to alienate virtually all of them with accusations.

IMHO, using PT screenshots is a just plain dumb idea. Many affiliates do not consider this a viable option, and rightfully so.
