i don't think it can be that bad because most of his range is TT and 99. is a 16/13 calling any jack other than maybe AJs preflop? QQ with the Qc makes sense, but i'd imagine AA, KK, and non-club QQ give more action on the flop or turn

i dont really get this. if youre planning on possibly making a play later on, dont you want a small flop bet so he calls light, which sets up a big river bet that causes most of his range folds? making a big flop bet will tighten his range up, and a smaller river shove will increase his calling frequency. i like a bigger flop bet if youre looking to leverage your stack on the flop with the intention of shutting down if called or raised
