Default TT, getting shoved on a J-high flop

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t150 (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

Hero raises to t450, 6 folds, SB calls t375, 1 fold.

Flop: (t1050) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
SB bets t2215 (All-In), Hero pukes

This [censored] happens to me a lot lately. What do you do in those kind of situations? The overbet is pretty strange .. wouldn't he go for the CRAI if he hits a set or TPTK?

I usually run into 2 types of players:
-) The kind that flops a monster and thinks "OMGZ I flopped a monster, but I don't know how to build a pot. AAAAALLIN!"
-) The kind that misses the flop put watches too much WPT where the allin looks so cool and takes down nice pots.

Does this ever become a fold? And if so, at what betsize? I've even seen villain's shove 3x or 4xPSB.
