Here's an idea a buddy and I had that we probably won't have a chance to act on.

We are both a little out of shape, so we were going to dress up as guys from 300 except on the back of our capes would be the numbers 301 and 302, sorta like casting call numbers. If anybody asked who we were, we were going to have a bunch of lines about how we just missed out on making the cut or something like "there were originally supposed to be 400, but they decided to stop at 300 when they got to us."

I wanted to go as either a Fandango puppet or Jenga, the game.

So when I googled it, I found this dude.

He won a costume party with it, apparently. Then while reading his webpage I found out that he also once went as Jenga:

The fact that another dude not only had the exact same two ideas as me, but went through the trouble of making both costumes probably better than I would have, has catapulted me into a deep depression so severe that I will likely miss Halloween this year.

all,

i was planning on going as 'the dude', but my dad gave me a pretty decent idea.

my hair's long enough to pull it off, but do you think enough drunk college sloots would get this costume? they all watch ai, right?

I went as a beedog, my neighbor was also a beedog. Our friend drove down from Nebraska for the UT-NE game. He was just a queen bee.
Our girlfriends and our Nebraska friend's wife all went as Britney Spear's at differnt stages in her career.
My female roommate who has a kid brought home a guy for the first time since she gave birth.
It was a weird night, but I didn't relally care since I was a beedog.

BZZZZZZzzzzzWOOF.

here's my dude, sweater - 4 bucks at salvation army, v-neck - 4 bucks at tj maxx, already owned the glasses and pants. (oh and 30 pack of high life light - 13.99 plus deposit, was probably 12 beers in at this point)

it went better / was recognized much more than anticipated, although my biggest fans were all guys, which is something one should consider when dressing for halloween.
