I thought it would be best to clarify this situation, than let it go with no response. The rake structure is exactly the same as it was before the relaunch of the site. pokerroom.com moderator, and what can you tell me about no answering emails for 4 days, closing down live chat, PP no longer counted and bonus is no relasing auto about 2 days now...
are you going to close down your business or what? all ongame rooms are working fine, and your room...?

On the 3rd of January we launched a brand new site. We found the new site had some issues that needed to be addressed, which is why every day since the release of the site we have released a patch with fixes in it.
