Default Would you stay in an Underwater Hotel?

If you are going to dubai, and don't want to stay in the worlds tallest hotel, why not stay underwater?

I appreciate this as an engineering feat, but damn people in that country have too much money.

Would the penthouse suite at this thing be on the lowest level?

I think the novelty of it would end rather quickly. After one night just the hassle of getting back to land in order to do anything would get really annoying.

However, all the rich cool people are inside, so you may not want to go out. But in the end, it depends where all the good looking girls are.
