hand #1 - I raise, then freeze. The reason why I raise first is because getting an extra bet or two in there has value, and I expect the hand to be 3-bet more often than not. But 87632 is rough, and we have no additional information about the perceived value of the villains hand so thats as much extra action as I will usually put in.

Hand #2 - perfect, your often inducing him to stay pat with an inferior hand. Very nice. I'd mix it up with 20% of the time raising here, but as a default play I like the more passive one.
