Firefox Flash problems

Firefox apparently upgraded itself (without my permission) and now won't display any flash music players (like myspace and pandora). Anyone had this problem?

go here and make sure you have the latest version of flash installed.

Figured it out...old version of adblock was messing things up. Deleting it solved the problem.
