-i don't like the min raise pre-flo
-i don't like the check post-flop
-I don't like the board pairing when I'm hoping to make a flush
-top pair might be good but he might've called your min raise with anything and might have a 4 or 33 or K better kicker or pretty much a lot of the hands that beat you.

barring some type of read that you're not telling us about, I'm folding and resolving to start playing more aggressively next hand.

I know BoDog sucks with HHs, but at least provide the blinds/ante and maybe reads on villain.

Anyways, raise 3x BB. C-bet most flops (hitting a king here is great). You'd force a fold and win a small pot.

Ok sorry guys miss posted that, 2 of hearts on the turn I have two pair. Reads on opponent, very difficult to trick. Both of us had min raised since we were heads up prior, I 3xbb all my raises until heads up, I was 2/1 chip lead. Felt amberbock my opponent was a better player than myself.

First the stacks were even and now you have a 2:1 chip advantage?

And what were the blinds/ante?

If you feel that you are being outplayed and the blinds are high relative to your stack, I'd just go into shovebot mode to negate any of his postflop play.

no stacks were about even at that point I was at a 2/1 chip lead at the beginning. Each player 350,00 blinds at 10,000/20,000. I guess my question revolves around checking the flop and just calling or raising the turn. I majorly sucked out on my opponent early/midway through the tourney and he outplayed me when we were down to the final 9. Love feedback from there

+why min raise heads up? you're just giving your opponent odds to call. he's supposed to call with almost any two cards. keep raising 3-4x the bb as you were before. limp once in a while with a speculative hand so that you can trap with a premium hand.

+heads up play is about aggression. If you think he's making a play and you've got two pair - that's a strong hand heads-up. and if you're checking the turn, it should be to induce a bet so that you can check-raise. - re-raise to 3x his 3/4 pot bet and call a push. if he's got a str8 or bigger two pair, so be it.
