Closing a joke about 2p2ers with a one line "standard" seems like the most obvious ending possible. I have no idea how PJ thinks that he can claim ownership of that one.

seriously, wasn't this done in the old high stakes forum like a long time ago anyway? I seem to remember it involving Tommy 4betting and folding to a 5th or something....
