Default What\'s the deal with UB rakeback?

How long does it take you to get it right? I haven't had mine updated in 3 weeks, and I'm wondering if I'm ever gonna see it.

It just depends on the affiliate you are with.
Has your affiliate confirmed that your account is tracking OK? I mean are you actually seeing updates at all?

Kind regards

I just assumed that it was an issue with the Ultimate Bet itself, and that all affiliates were having the problem. That's how the announcement made by rakereduction sounded. I should have just emailed them first before I posted on here.

Yep it's always better to email your affiliate first

You can still redeem yourself.

We along with alot of affiliates have not been updated by UB since August 31st. While it is very frustrating for you, it is equally as frustrating for us. We ask everyday what the progress is, and today again when we asked, they said they were working on it.

As you can see:

We are not alone.

my affiliate has stats with updates through the 8th, but i'm not sure if it updated before...either way, i hear UB affiliate department is poor, so this doesn't surprise me tbh

For those of you with rakeback with us..

UB has identified the problem, retagging all the players back to us and should be fixed shortly.

Sorry for the delay.

I earn UB rakeback through taketherakeback.org, and their support said about the same thing you're saying, about delays from UB updates.

I'm supposed to receive my rakeback on the 15th of every month, and still nothing yet - 4 days later now.

Has UB gotten it fixed in the past week since you posted? Getting anxious. :-|

UB has a poor track record for on time payments. Be patient, it isn't your affiliate's fault.
