Default Taking about 5 days off poker???

I've felt drained. I think I will read a book or 2 on poker and come back in 5 days. I will probabley play less that 1 hour a day of mtt practice, and not my usually sng games. Playing less and reading my 1st poker book, will it really help? Or should I keep playing to focus from learning from my experiances ?

So should I reduce my pokertime to alot during the next week to read a poker book?

Should I do something else?

Have a break for a couple of days doing NOTHING related to poker- then start reading the book.

Many players don't spend a high enough ratio of their poker time studying books / analysing hands,; compared to playing.

You REALLY WILL notice a difference.
