Session Start (metsandfinsfanurron): Wed Nov 14 22:00:30 2007
[22:00] Durron: yo
[22:00] Metsandfinsfan: sup
[22:00] Durron: j00 r teh seerz
[22:00] Metsandfinsfan: no ways
[22:00] Metsandfinsfan: that sux
[22:01] Metsandfinsfan: the way my game has evolved being the seer kinda sux

i really didnt know how to play it at all. If i tone down and leave hints i definitely get nightkilled.

So i just figured
1 - lead lynches of people i hadnt peeked
2 - leave hints so that if i get nightkilled people will know my peeks (which im sure not many people reread me, but if you did my peeks are there -- epi actually found them)
3 - try to live to day 5 and then hopefully have 4 live peeks

and i think i was still incognito enough that i partially considered waiting 1 more day
but the chuckles kill cleared zurvan for me, the sixfour 858 vote cleared epi, and i realized that coming out was best

Once you've been peeked by the real seer, you're basically screwed. If he comes out first, it's game over. Your only hope is to fake before he comes out, and correctly name the seer as a wolf.

[08:58] Metsandfinsfan: the fact that he was saying "if i am the seer and peek a wolf im gonna lie and give you a villager peek instead" was pretty awful if i didnt know he wasnt the seer
[08:58] Durron: yeah but it's not WOLFY
[08:58] Metsandfinsfan: its not provillage either
[08:58] Metsandfinsfan: but yeah
[08:59] Durron: it doesn't make him a good lynch
[08:59] Metsandfinsfan: probably true
[08:59] Metsandfinsfan: i was pot committed at that point
[08:59] Durron: lol

One other thing.. I will *never* agree to a majority lynch day again.

I tried to move game along and drzen was able to more or less angleshoot his clarity (not that he can blamed, its a natural reaction).

I have no idea what this person is talking about, but this is a disgusting thing to say. I've played strictly within the rules.

drzen he said you couldnt be blamed -- but the point was that you were pretty much cleared cause like you said, how could you have made the kill?

chim was awesome to actually convince the morans to lynch you after that

I've said it before I will say it again - using that kind of metagame stuff is unreliable at best and too often people clear a wolf with that garbage.

Chim, i don't think I've seen an end-game wolf performance that good since KM & Tokyo in Turf Wars 1. Excellently done. You did a fantastic job of driving the thread yesterday & today, and forcing zen & epi in to hyper-defensive super-wolfy mode.

Zen, epi: I hope you consider the way this game turned out, and use it to evaluate your end-game theory.

[/ QUOTE ]

I have nothing to re-evaluate. I found my villagers and one of them pulled the rug out on me because he panicked. Your way of thinking is what nearly lost us the game.

chim refused to talk about the game and tried to create a trap for me. It's perfectly clear that the guy setting the trap is doing so because he has the information advantage.

Calm down, I clearly said you hold no blame. But it is a simple angleshoot of people to clear anyone based on timing. If the game were real each night you wake up and next day it happens. It's not your fault, its a dynamic of the game. Since I didn't know your schedule I screw up and clear a villager. That's hardly fair. The simple solution is to never agree to majority lynch again.

It's not "angleshooty" though. I didn't even suggest it! Solanthos did. And what would be wrong with it?

I think chim had a ton of help from the fact that epi would do anything to get himself off the block. Horrible.
