I've never looked for Osama. The reason you can't find him is that the United States government is not actively pursuing finding him. Nobody with as high a profile as Bin Laden cannot be found.

I haven't used many lasers myself. The most powerful laser I've personally used could barely cut through an ordinary wooden door. However, I have spied on a laser powerful enough to bore a hole in Uranus.
