Default 1/2 KJ 3handed

First hand with this opponent, was playing HU before it. Flop is meh. I generally raise here but decided to wait and get value on the turn and possibly induce light(er) call downs. I really don't know what this river raise could possibly mean... getting ~10:1? Is this standard-ish line except usually raising the flop?

Hard to imagine a reasonable hand that you beat on river after his c/r, but i canīt fold this without a very strong read.
Rest is standard - raise flop or turn - both is fine.
