Default 25nl Call this shove?

Trying to actually improve my Poker game so I thought I'd start with some hand histories. here is one.

Villan is about 24/7/1 after only 30 hands so no real reads

Full Tilt Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (6 handed) Hand History converter Courtesy of PokerZion.com

saw flop|<font color="#C00000">saw showdown</font>

BB ($11.70)
<font color="#C00000">UTG ($42.30)</font>
MP ($27.75)
<font color="#C00000">Hero ($27)</font>
Button ($15.65)
SB ($21.70)

Preflop: Hero is CO with A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG calls $0.25, MP calls $0.25, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1.35</font>, Button calls $1.35, SB calls $1.25, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG calls $1.10, MP folds.

Flop: ($5.90) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
SB checks, UTG checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $4.25</font>, Button folds, SB folds, <font color="#CC3333">UTG raises to $40.95 (All-In)</font>, Hero ??

Normally I'd just insta call. but since I'm actually trying to improve I'd thought I'd ask. Is 2 overs and nut flush draw enough to call the shove?

If you knew with absolute certainly that he had trips you would fold.

if he does this with 1 pair... you're actually ahead on the flop.

Against an unknown with a wide range, you should call.
