3/6 Live; JTo OTB, with a Great, but scarey flop

Live 3/6 this past weekend. The table seems relatively loose passive with one or two solid players and no maniacs at the time of this hand. Hero has black JTo OTB. There are about 5 limpers to me, and I limp as well. SB completes, BB Raises, and everyone calls. 8 to the flop for 16 SBs.

The flop is AKQ all diamonds. After the SB checks, the BB bets. Roughly, 3-4 of the limpers call.

What is the plan?
