Default 100NL: AKs facing riverbet

Villain was 70/21/0.38 over 61 hands. He'd been bluffing in small pots before, but I think he's able to bluff busted draws here as well. Am I good here often enough to make the call?
Also should I bet the turn over river here?

how can you play turn so passively???imo, you gave him the lead, should have lead out turn, must call river. Especially someone who bluffs a lot. does he call 15 on flop w/ a Q?? From pfr??? Long shot, maybe weaker A or flush draw, imo

Definitely, he had been calling pf raises with any sort of crap, and when he hits a pair he isn't folding to a flop bet.

He has Qj off and now its time to fold now u gave up the lead on the turn, his size of bet on river in my opinion screems pay off as from your turn call / preflop action you obviously have an ace and is trying to extract value.
