Vince Young as a top 10 QB.....

*sigh*.

Clearly, without him, Albert Haynesworth would not be having a DPOY season.

How come whenever you debate VY you always must make sarcastic comments instead of actually debating? Imo it only makes you look foolish and makes it seem(regardless of whether its true or not) that you don't have enough of an argument to stand on its own so you resort to sarcasm.

Isn't the Steelers record when he throws over 30 or 35 times in a game atrocious? I forget the exact stat, but it shows that the Steelers do not have success when they make Big Ben win games for them.

Top 3 QB's win games, not manage them.

reg season
30attempts, 35attempts

07 1-2, 0-1
06 1-7, 1-4
05 1-1, 0-1
04 high was 28attempts 1-0 in playoffs 30att

When winning you run. When losing you pass.

And a "great" "top 3" QB can win games throwing the ball, and don't need to have a lead to be effective, unlike your boy.

K, I'll hit you with a car, hit your head with a baseball bat and slice you open. Now go do your job.

You misunderstood me; I'm perfectly willing to give Ben a free pass for last year. You're the one who wants to ignore context by making statements like "no excuse for going 2-6" as if a QB's record in 1/2 a season is the sole indicator of his talent, but then change your tune when the same standards are assigned to your guy.

people are sarcastic because its pretty clear the reason the Titans are 6-2 is because they have the best defense in the NFL, and Vince Young hasn't really done much to get them to 6-2

The Titans are scoring 20 points a game. VY isn't even throwing for 6 yards per pass. He's rushing for LESS than 4 yards a carry.

Meanwhile, the Titans defense is among the best in the league. (giving up only 15.5 points a game, 278 yards, first in the league in DVOA, yadda, yadda, yadda).

Clearly, Vince Young is willing his team to win by inspiring his defense to play absurdly well.
