Default 3bet pot vs regular and I dont know what he has

Villain is a regular, 20/15/2.5
Attempt to steal not high, only 17 but I still think there is value in TT

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

CO ($149.05)
Button ($101.80)
SB ($20.25)
Hero ($52.05)
UTG ($62.60)
MP ($50)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
3 folds, Button raises to $1.75, SB calls $1.50, Hero raises to $6.5, Button calls $4.25, SB folds.

Flop: ($14.25) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $9, Button calls $9.

Turn: ($32.25) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)

All righty, who thinks he is aggro enough to bet JJ-QQ here?
What do you think about betting river?

I mean he cant put me on AK here can he

pot is so big that you can get AI on the river easily. so i think check turn and whether he bets it or not, you can get AI somewhere and he'll convince himself to call because of pot odds. very few scare cards can come that will freeze him up: really only an Ace and maybe a Q

edit: i could be way off base here but i think betting turn shows alot of strength

Check turn and if he bets push. Pot is big enough that I can't see him laying any Kx down if he bets out here.

I agree, but his flop call confused me. I mean it does not make a whole lot of sense to call with JJ-QQ on this flop. I think his only valid holding could be AK-KJ and I dont see many people fold TP at these stakes, especially at 3bet pots.

However a few hands later I was convinced I pushed him off an overpair and now I think he folded KQ to my turn bet of 20 there.

Flop bet a little bit bigger. You want to bet enough on the flop so that you can get ai on the turn in 3b pots (if you choose to do so, not that you would here if the T didn't hit, but be consistent).

PF bigger too with the caller between. I'd make it $6.50 without the caller, so you should adjust for him being in there.

As played, cr/ai turn. If he checks behind, push river.

Pot and some bet sizes are slightly screwed up due to to rake.

Flop pot is actually $13.
Preflop I try to 3bet lighter now so make the raises a little smaller. Experimenting

I understand the rake deductions missing in the converter. But, you missed my point. You want to bet enough on the flop so that you can push the turn if you choose to do so in 3b pots. So, $10.50 or $11 is >> than $9 here.

ajmargarine, I agree with you that bigger pot on this turn would be nice.
But I can't agree with bigger flop bet, 2/3 pot is the best size there, also I do vote for 3-bet PF to 8$ instead of 6.5$.
